Payments & Lesson Policies
How do we make the payment? Do you provide a receipt?
We accept payment by cash or bank transfer. A receipt can be provided upon request.
Can lessons be rescheduled or postponed after the package has been paid for?
Yes, lessons can be rescheduled with advance notice. We’ll do our best to arrange a make-up lesson, depending on the teacher’s availability. Please note that all lesson packages have a completion time limit, as outlined in our lesson policy.
Do you offer refunds if we decide to cancel the lessons?
Lesson fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances. In exceptional cases—such as relocation to another country—we may consider special arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
